IRS System

The IRS System is run by Impian Reka Semangat Sdn Bhd (Impian Reka Auto World), Malaysia. It is an internal system for the company's own staff only. It is not offered to the public.

Google data we use

• Google Sheets is the system's database: cars, staff accounts and their activity are kept in the company's own spreadsheet.
• Google Drive: the system only works with files that it creates itself (car photos, registration-card (geran) photos and backup copies of the database). Nothing else in the user's Drive is read.

Sharing

We do not sell any data, and we do not share it with third parties. To run the system we use these service providers, only for this purpose: Google (Sheets and Drive), DigitalOcean (the server, in Singapore), Anthropic (reads the details from a registration-card photo when a car is added) and Telegram (alerts to staff who link their account).
